The PQC Migration Handbook, published by AIVD, TNO and CWI, is the national reference for migration planning. Its renewed second edition is dated 29 November 2024. The EU roadmap applies at Member-State level, but no separate Dutch completion date is attributed here without a Dutch primary document.
